Design process
Before we start designing, you will receive an invoice for the design fee.
Based on the moodboard, I'll make a design proposal for your invitations. You then have the option to adjust the design to your wishes in 3 correction rounds.
Because I work with unique metal printing plates for each design, it is not possible to make a physical proof. That is why you will receive a digital design in which the printing techniques are imitated as closely as possible, so that you get a clear picture of the end result.
Printing process
At Studio Hartsuiker everything revolves around quality and craftsmanship. Because each design is made and printed entirely by hand with great care and love. I take the time to execute every detail perfectly. I work independently on all wedding printing, from initial design to final production, which means that every assignment receives my full attention.
The invitations are printed with care by me on an antique printing press. Special metal printing plates are made for each unique design and I mix the ink to size. I then manually set the press so that each card is printed with attention and precision, matching your unique design.
You will receive the final invoice for the printing costs before the invitations are printed. These costs depend on the chosen printing techniques, the number of cards and any extras.
Assembling and shipping
If you have a set with multiple cards, you can choose to assemble the cards yourself or have Studio Hartsuiker take care of this. In addition, Studio Hartsuiker offers the option to send the invitations directly to your guests. This way you have more time and space to focus on the rest of the wedding planning. Inquire about the possibilities.
All packages and letters are sent via PostNL.
